Freshmen
Every year, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture enrolls more than 500 new students - freshmen. At the beginning of each academic year, the Department of Physical and Health Education organizes an Introductory Hour for freshmen so that employees can provide them with all the necessary information about teaching, conditions and all other obligations that students must fulfill towards the Department.
Senior students
Teaching in the course Physical and Health Culture is compulsory in the first two years of study and includes the courses Physical and Health Culture I, II, III and IV. In addition to the compulsory courses, students are offered the opportunity to enroll in elective courses Physical and Health Culture V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X in higher years of study. All courses carry one ECTS credit.

How to pass Physical Education courses
Physical and health education courses are conducted in both winter and summer semesters and are divided into compulsory and optional courses. Compulsory courses are Physical and Health Culture I, II, III and IV, while other courses of Physical and Health Culture are electives. In the winter semester, students attend odd components (Physical and Health Education I and III), while in the summer semester, students attend even components (Physical and Health Education II and IV).
WINTER SEMESTER
Required number of arrivals: 12
Prerequisite for signing: Arrival at the Rowing Regatta (The rowing regatta is not scored and all students of the first years must come to the regatta regardless of whether it is their first or second enrollment in that course)
SUMMER SEMESTER
Required number of arrivals: 12
ELECTIVE COURSES
Students who enroll in the elective course Physical and Health Education (TZK V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X) should come 6 times to class

At all courses in Physical Education and Health, the record of arrivals is done usingthe QrStudent application
